some of you will be SICK of hearing me harp on about this, but screw it.
I LOVE THIS MOVIE
Got it for Iz as she loves costume dramas and I figured I couldnt go wrong with a bit of Milla. Its now one of my fave movies.
Looks stunning, both sets and costumes. The action rocks. The cast is all brilliant and make the most of every second. Its a total worthy successor to the old Oliver Reed movie and just as over the top. Have stuck it on post-pub for a few mates ALL of whom have sent me variations on the "Stopped off at Tesco on the way home, picked it up" text.
It's total bubble-gum cinema but theres absolutely nothing wrong with that. Some times you want a film to challenge you, some times you just want a fun ride.
