Read the new Doctor Who issue from Andy Diggle and Mark Buckingham last night. Dunno if it was because I had high expectations but it fell REALLY flat for me. Just kinda drifted along really and I wasnt automatically feeling the main characters voices in the dialogue.
Know he's not the most popular 2000AD writer but credit where it's due, Tony Lee's run on Who was a hell of a lot of fun. This just wasnt.
Gonna check out the next part in case the payoff is worth the setup but considering Diggle is a 2000AD writer you'd think he'd give you more bang for your buck over 28 pages.
